Brief Bio
PhD in theatre (CUNY), BA (Stanford University). Currently creating art and sculpture and taking photographs. Have served as a professional actress, college teacher, writer and editor, translator (French, Italian), and producer.
Sculpture and Painting
I am currently engaged primarily in sculpting, painting (watercolor, pastel, acrylics), and photography.
Theatre, Writing, Translating
I have a PhD in Theatre, am a professional actress (Broadway, film, TV), and my translations of plays from Italian have been published. Between 2002 and 2009, in New York City, I presented many staged readings of my own translations and those of others. My translations have also been presented at Oxford University and in London, UK.
